Decent candles, slow shipping
I ordered the Eucalyptus Beeswax Candle and a set of Beeswax Votive Candles. The candles themselves are high quality, no synthetic smell at all, and they burn evenly. I appreciate the organic hemp wicks. However, shipping took a bit longer than I expected, about a week, which was a minor annoyance. Everything arrived well-packaged though, so no damage. Overall, good products but they could speed up the delivery process a little.
Good quality, nice scent
I ordered a Pure Beeswax Aromatherapy Candle with the Lemongrass scent and a couple of Beeswax Tea Lights. The ordering process on their site was straightforward, easy to navigate. I received an email confirmation right away. Shipping was standard, took about 5 business days to arrive, which was fine. Everything was packed securely, no damage to the glass jar candle or the tea lights. The lemongrass scent is lovely, very natural and fresh, not overwhelming. It burns really cleanly, hardly any soot, which is a big plus for me. The tea lights also had a decent burn time. I haven't needed customer support, so I can't speak to that, but the product quality seems excellent. I'm happy with this purchase.

It took them nearly three days to respond, which felt a bit slow. Once they did reply, the answer was helpful. So, while the products are excellent and I'd likely buy again, improving response times for support would make the experience perfect.
